Store Policies

Sales of products on the web or local in store.

All goods are genuine, non-gray market, sourced from proper legal and authorized distribution channels.

Products are all completely brand new, unopened, untampered with direct from the manufacturers.

All items listed in stock are available to ship, local delivery, or local pickup, generally after a 1-5 business processing days, if ordered on the website. In stock item can also be purchased immediately at our retail salon/store. Depending on how quickly our team is able to get your item(s) ready in our busy work environment. We strive to get items out the same day if possible. When items are ready to ship or pickup, you will get a notification via email or by phone.

Items cannot be returned or refunded. These are all beauty products, for any end users safety, we are very strict with our sales. To properly guarantee products are new, unopened, untampered, unaltered by any means, we do not take back products, and we do not resell any take back products. There is no exceptions to this rule. Special circumstances can be accommodated through our own discretion. Any special circumstance take backs will be destroyed or thrown out, you will be refunded to your original payment type minus 25% "fee" of the order amount. This fee is for restock/reprocessing/warehouse/trash discarding. In event of any unforeseen and untimed circumstances, we contact you directly if so and will give specific information or times or approximate times to reasonably accommodate and solve said circumstances, to the best of our abilities and control. We will ask for your consent to proceed or not within reasonable times and business hours, any correspondences will be recorded down for your order, in event of issues. If you are unsure of a product or purchase, you can always contact us before you buy for more information.  Manufacturers also provide specific information pages on their own websites.

Out of Stock, unless indicated otherwise. Items can usually be pre-ordered on our web shop. Pre-orders will be considered a special order item. We accept pre-orders in any amount as long as we can procure the amount with the manufacturer in a timely manner. Generally pre-orders will have an indicated approximate lead time stated to be replenished, usually within 1-2 weeks from the manufacturers directly, although sometime it can be faster, and unfortunately sometimes slower. It may or may not be in our control due to manufacturers schedules, natural disasters, weather, etc, that might affect times. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are allocated into our weekly replenishment orders at the time you checkout. Quantities are locked in and guaranteed from the distributors warehouses. If we accept your pre-order, the order is usually fulfilled accordingly in the mentioned time and schedules. If the distributor does not have the amount you ordered, you will be notified, and informed with options you can take, If the product is completely out of stock at the manufacturers distribution channel and we were not notified by said manufacturer, you would be notified and refunded in this instance.

Sales tax is calculated and automatically collected via Paypal to your destination address in accordance to NY tax laws and your delivery jurisdiction. All local NY sales are subject to a sales tax of 8.875%.  Your area may vary depending on tax laws.

Shipping is free on orders over $150.00 USD or at our discretion. Orders are mailed out via carrier of our choice. United Parcel Service, Fedex, United States Postal Service are some examples.
All orders and packages are insured at the full order amount of its contents at the time of mailing. Transit times are only an estimate and not a definitive guarantee. We do no operate as the carrier, when a package leaves our store or warehouse, it is in the hands of UPS and we do not have control when it gets delivered to you. Packages will only be handed over to the proper carrier's pickup or certified drop off point, registered into their networks Monday - Friday, business days, business hours. No packages get shipped out on Saturday or Sunday as we do not know if carriers will delivery or move packages.  This is to ensure package safety and integrity of its content. We will try to avoid extreme weather conditions or adverse unknown storage techniques when its out of our hands.
